About The Position
This is a per diem position at UW Health Home Health Clinic located at 2550 Charles St. The role involves clinical triage and offers a flexible work schedule, varying Monday through Sunday, including nights and weekends. Additional compensation components include shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, as well as overtime and on-call pay. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- 2 years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois.
