About The Position

This position is for a Clinic RN Clinical Triage role at UW Health Home Health Clinic. The work schedule is per diem, varying Monday through Sunday, with a 15% FTE and 4/8 hour day/night shifts. Additional compensation components include evening, night, and weekend shift differential, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements

Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
2 years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care.
Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois.
