Requirements
- Graduate of a state board accredited School of Nursing or NLN approved program.
- Current Registered Nurse License active in the state of Missouri.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Carry out delegated tasks as directed by supervisors or with provider oversight.
- Proficient Computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous nursing experience, particularly in outpatient or ambulatory clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Performs administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry in medical records.
- Measures and records vital signs.
- Collects demographics and medical information, including review of medication list.
- Prepares patients for examination.
- Cleans rooms and equipment.
- Stocks supplies.
- Administers medications as directed by the physician.
- Performs specific competencies as directed by the department.
