About The Position

The Registration Coordinator position provides leadership support for the Registration team with scheduling support, registration accuracy, and training while adhering to established processes and guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of related work experience required.
  • Must maintain a valid, current driver's license.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out assigned duties.
  • Must manage in a proactive manner.
  • Intermediate proficiency with computers is required.
  • Friendly demeanor and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to analyze registrations, audit accounts, collect and analyze data related to registration errors for quality improvement.
  • Ability to be reliable, flexible, and willing to learn and grow in skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures accurate registrations by auditing, correcting accounts, and answering staff questions.
  • Maintains a positive and professional relationship with the registration team and other departments.
  • Trains and educates new and existing staff.
  • Updates and maintains reference materials.
  • Assists Registration Supervisor with administrative support.
  • Provide frontline coverage when needed.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
