About The Position

Curative is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and promote patient well-being in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role includes phone triage, nursing visits, support for telehealth appointments, and comprehensive care during in-person visits. The position is 40 hours per week and initially on-site from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hybrid availability begins after completion of the introductory period.

Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
BLS/CPR certification.
1–2 years of nursing experience.
Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Work 40 hours per week and be on-site during the introductory period, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct phone triage using clinical protocols; assess patient needs, provide guidance, and determine appropriate care pathways, including urgent care, in-person visits, home care advice, or emergency services.
Manage daily clinical tasks and ensure adherence to protocols.
Monitor daily operations to maintain patient flow, reduce wait times, and optimize scheduling; collaborate with providers and staff to troubleshoot bottlenecks and improve processes.
Conduct nursing visits and provide personalized, condition-specific education; promote medication adherence and self-management; reinforce care plans and wellness goals.
Support telehealth appointments by providing timely, high-quality virtual care, including pre-visit assessments and post-visit follow-up as needed.
Manage patient care during in-person appointments, including intake, rooming, clinical support for providers during visits, and patient discharge instructions.
