The Clinic Receptionist role carries out front desk and administrative tasks in relation to the day-to-day management of the Medical Department. This role involves greeting patients with medical appointments, scheduling patients’ appointments, tests, and procedures, and answering all patient questions. The receptionist will also answer all incoming calls in a timely manner and direct the caller to the appropriate destination while providing clear and professional communication. The position requires a willingness to work closely with patients, providers, nursing, call center representatives, and other staff of the health care team. The role also requires the ability to work a variable schedule to meet client and Program needs and to work with the Indian community, being sensitive to the Indian culture and its needs.
