About The Position

The Manager III, Clinic Practice oversees operations of physician practices, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while achieving financial, operational, and performance goals. This role leads staff, supports service growth, and drives process improvement initiatives. The Manager III, Clinic Practice Manages daily operations of physician practices to achieve performance, financial, and quality goals. Develops and implements operational and strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives. Applies financial analysis and resource management to support decision-making and cost containment. Ensures adequate staffing and effective allocation of resources. Leads, coaches, and develops staff to achieve high performance and engagement. Fosters a collaborative work environment and effective team communication. Maintains strong relationships with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams. Monitors and improves patient satisfaction and service quality. Implements performance improvement initiatives and monitors outcomes. Establishes and evaluates departmental processes and reporting procedures. Communicates effectively with stakeholders and facilitates open communication. Supports recruitment, retention, and professional development of staff. Ensures compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards. Manages multiple priorities and adapts to changing organizational needs. Supports growth initiatives, service expansion, and operational improvements. Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required.
  • RN/BSN license may be required depending on practice model and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational excellence.
