We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to join our Joint Center team located at 2014 Washington Street in Newton, MA! The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm. This position has free parking! Dedicated to administrative support, our Clinic/Practice Assistants serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in an outpatient setting! The Kaplan Joint Center provides comprehensive surgical and non‑surgical care for patients with joint pain. Our expert orthopedic surgeons specialize in joint reconstruction and replacement, helping patients achieve improved mobility, reduced pain, and an improved quality of life. We care for patients with a wide range of conditions, including degenerative joint disease, joint malalignment, soft tissue injuries, and cartilage damage, and support patients and their families from diagnosis through recovery and long‑term follow‑up. Summary: Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations, under minimal supervision. Performs administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties (performs all duties of the other levels at highest proficiency level).
