Our practice is located in a state-of-the-art facility at 10 Members Way, Suite 500 in Dover, NH 03820. As an Internal Medicine office, we provide outstanding primary care and preventative health care to adult patients. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused team member to join our fast-paced, high-volume practice, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This role is part of a collaborative 13-person front-end team responsible for managing a large volume of incoming calls, patient intakes, and insurance authorizations. Responsibilities include checking patients out, scheduling follow-up appointments, processing and sending referrals, handling insurance calls and authorizations, retrieving medical records, and collecting necessary forms and documentation. Team members are cross-trained to support multiple functions, including check-in, ensuring flexibility and seamless patient flow. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, demonstrates strong customer service skills, communicates effectively, and remains calm under pressure. A team-oriented mindset, resilience, and the ability to maintain professionalism in a high-demand setting are essential for success in this role. Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties.
