Our practice is located in a state-of-the-art facility at 10 Members Way, Dover, NH 03820. As a Family Medicine office, we provide outstanding primary care and preventive health care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour clinic/practice assistant with a standard schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; however, flexibility is required to adjust hours as needed to support team coverage, with shifts occasionally starting as early as 6:30 AM and extending as late as 5:30 PM. This Clinic/Practice Assistant role provides comprehensive administrative support to both Dover Family Practice and Adult & Children's Medicine of Dover. While responsibilities include patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and phone management, the position also involves a significant amount of additional front- and back-office administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The individual in this role will be based in the Dover Family Practice suite and will work closely with both care teams, supporting patient flow, managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and assisting with various office functions. We are seeking a highly organized, customer-service-oriented team member who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and is comfortable balancing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills and comfort with navigating computer systems.
