This is a full-time position in the WI ACL Laboratories at the AAH Cedar Creek Clinic. The role involves performing phlebotomy and collecting various specimens from patients of all age groups. Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, accurate specimen collection and labeling, processing specimens for testing, and performing limited laboratory testing. The position also requires answering phones, assisting with inventory, processing specimens for transport, and documenting information for quality assurance. The phlebotomist must be knowledgeable about age-specific patient care and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. This role may involve exposure to various agents and human blood/body fluids, requiring appropriate personal protective equipment.
