Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a patient care assistant, nursing assistant, or medical assistant training program
- CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare or customer service is often preferred
Responsibilities
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, oxygen saturation)
- Assist patients with mobility, comfort, and basic care needs
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Collect specimens such as urine samples when required
