About The Position
Valley View's Wound Care Clinic is looking for a Clinic Operations Manager! This is a day shift position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm! The Clinic Operations Manager reports to the director of Women’s Health and provides input into the operations of the clinic, front line staffing, staff development and training. They also assist with data analysis and strategic planning for Women’s Health.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- One to Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Management: at least 3 years preferred
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Ability to work under variable conditions
- Well-organized
- Dependable
- Flexible
- Must be a team player
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Epic
- Working knowledge of Tableau
Nice To Haves
- Prior hospital experience
