About The Position

Billings Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Wound Care Clinic. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to promote and maintain health, incorporating evidence-based practices, and ensuring quality patient care. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, manage patient care plans, and adhere to safety standards. The position is full-time, working 80 hours every two weeks, with a starting wage between $32.06 and $40.07, depending on experience. Requirements

Current Montana or Wyoming state license as a registered nurse required
Associate (or Diploma) RNs with less than 5 years of RN experience hired into this position must commit to completing their Bachelor of Nursing degree within 4 years after their hire date.
Employees that require a licensed or certification must be properly licensed/certified and the licensure/certification must be in good standing.

Adheres to Billings Clinic and departmental safety standards, policies and practices.
Anticipates and identifies problems and safety issues, then initiates appropriate action.
Maintains appropriate departmental skill/knowledge and application of relevant and commonly used equipment, pharmacology and laboratory values based on disease process or physiological status.
Utilizes performance improvement principles to assess and improve the quality of patient care.
Incorporates the Magnet Model in transforming the work environment and quality of nursing care.
Takes responsibility for own professional growth and development needs; meets all system/departmental educational requirements.
Demonstrates collaborative, supportive, and caring behaviors in communication with patients and/or families, visitors, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
