About The Position

Above & Beyond ABA Therapy is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to serve as the on-site leader of their new Bellevue, Nebraska clinic. This is a leadership position requiring solid healthcare operations experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a large facility with high daily client volume. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background, preferably in ABA clinic administration or behavioral health, and thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, partnering with clinical leadership, establishing efficient workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and managing facilities. The Clinic Operations Manager will also provide team leadership, oversee scheduling and administrative tasks, and ensure a positive client and family experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare operations, or office management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare or behavioral health background required - ABA clinic administration experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large-format facility (10,000+ sq. ft.) with high daily client volume.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing facilities, workflows, vendors, and day-to-day operational complexity.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and composure in a dynamic clinic environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across staff, families, and leadership.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems, operational tools, and basic reporting.
  • Fully on-site availability - you are the visible operational leader every single day.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site operational leader for the Bellevue clinic, ensuring smooth daily operations across all functions.
  • Partner closely with clinical leadership to support clinic growth, staffing needs, and service delivery for up to 50 active clients.
  • Establish and maintain efficient workflows, processes, and operational standards across a 10,000-12,000 sq. ft. facility.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics - scheduling utilization, attendance, operational efficiency - and proactively address gaps.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues impacting the clinic, staff, or client experience.
  • Oversee all facility operations including cleanliness, safety, equipment, and vendor coordination for a large-format clinic.
  • Manage maintenance requests, repairs, and coordination with property management or service vendors.
  • Ensure the clinic environment is welcoming, organized, compliant, and aligned with Above & Beyond standards at all times.
  • Maintain facility readiness for inspections, audits, and any ongoing operational needs.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new clinic teammates in partnership with HR and clinical leadership.
  • Act as the go-to operational resource for front office staff, RBTs, and clinical leaders.
  • Foster a positive, organized, and professional clinic culture where staff feel supported and families feel welcome.
  • Provide direction and guidance to administrative and front office staff as applicable.
  • Oversee clinic scheduling operations to optimize utilization and ensure client coverage needs are met.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative workflows, documentation, and internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support cross-functional coordination with recruiting, HR, billing, and operations teams.
  • Ensure families receive a warm, professional, and well-organized experience from their very first interaction.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues impacting client experience and clinic flow.
  • Serve as a visible, approachable leader within the clinic - modeling a culture of service and care every day.
