About The Position
South Plains Rural Health Services is seeking a full-time Clinic Nurse for our Big Spring, Texas clinic. This entry-level, onsite role supports providers and helps ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care in a community clinic setting.
Requirements
- Current Texas CNA, CMA, LVN, or RN certification/license
- Current CPR/BLS
- Clear communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Clinical/healthcare experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care within scope
- Collecting and documenting vital signs and histories
- Assisting during exams/procedures
- Administering ordered medications/treatments as allowed
- Preparing/cleaning exam rooms
- Entering information in the EHR accurately
- Stocking supplies
- Following infection control and safety standards
