Clinic Nurse (RN) - Gynecology Oncology
About The Position
The Clinic Nurse manages and provides care to patients and their families and directs and supervises nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, delegates, and evaluates patient nursing care in alignment with the professional practice model. The role supports positive patient outcomes, patient involvement in care planning, and reduced hospitalization length, while contributing to staff engagement, patient experience, quality, safety, and cost-effective care. The position is with the Outpatient Gynecologic Oncology Unit at OSU Wexner Medical Center, which provides specialized, compassionate care for women with cancers of the female reproductive system through advanced clinical expertise, research, patient education, and coordinated multidisciplinary care.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing from a CCNE- or ACEN-accredited nursing program.
- Current Ohio nursing license or interim permit.

- Experience in a relevant care setting is preferred.
