About The Position

Valley View's Women's Health clinic is looking for a Clinic Medical Assistant! Join our team today! We are looking for a PCT/CNA/MA to come join our busy OBGYN clinic. We promote a teamwork-based culture, and our providers are excellent! This is a day shift position with rotating weekends! Bilingual applicants strongly preferred! GENERAL OBJECTIVES: Performs all clinical duties per licensed health care provider or delegation of a registered nurse, designated specifically by the clinic. Provides assistance to licensed health care providers and nursing staff for general patient assessments, rooming patients, procedures, treatments, filing/retrieving medical records, and general office clerical duties. Performs patient care tasks following clinic standards of care as defined in policies and procedures.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent, required.
CNA registered with DORA.
CMA or RMA
Current BLS Certification (AHA) preferred or obtained within 3 months of hire.
Phlebotomy experience preferred.
Laboratory and/or X-ray experience preferred.
Recent health care setting experience preferred.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Not able to sponsor visas.
