Clinic Marketing Specialist

Vos CollectionPhiladelphia, PA
Hybrid

About The Position

The Clinic Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing and communications across a portfolio of Vos Collection clinics in the U.S. East Region and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in building relevancy and recognition for a diverse portfolio of clinic brands while gaining exposure to world-renowned physicians, providers, and innovators shaping modern medical aesthetics. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll be a core contributor to the execution of clinic marketing strategies across channels, helping activate marketing plans, develop multi-channel campaigns, identify opportunities and challenges, and track KPIs and performance. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to work across a broad range of marketing channels—including social, email, paid media, websites, CRM, content, and local marketing—and develop a well-rounded understanding of how they work together to drive business results. We’re looking for a curious, proactive self-starter who takes initiative, asks questions, and looks for ways to make things better. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of assigned channels and marketing initiatives for the clinics in your portfolio, using data and insights to make recommendations, optimize performance, and bring new ideas to the table. You’re comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, and moving projects forward without needing to be told what to do at every step. You are a natural problem solver who enjoys making an impact through day-to-day execution while also thinking beyond the task at hand. You’re interested in the why behind the work and look for opportunities to improve how we approach marketing. You’ll contribute to the development of content, toolkits, processes, and best practices that improve marketing outcomes across our Vos Collection network of clinics while continuing to build your skills and breadth across marketing.
