About The Position

Established naturopathic clinic seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support continued growth. This hands-on leadership role works closely with the clinic owner to manage operations across administration, billing, compliance, inventory, HR, and marketing. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, systems-oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations or clinic management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with technology, reporting systems, and project management tools
• Able to lead with accountability and professionalism

Nice To Haves

• Experience with healthcare workflows and compliance preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations, scheduling, and staff support
• Oversee billing, payroll, compliance, and vendor coordination
• Maintain operational systems including Charm EHR and ClickUp
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Coordinate inventory, marketing initiatives, and clinic events
• Review operational data and recommend improvements
