About The Position
A community healthcare facility near Holyoke, Colorado is seeking a Clinic Manager to join its leadership team! This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with a Monday through Friday schedule. Relocation assistance and up to 6 months of discounted housing are available. Requirements
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required
- Active Colorado RN license or Compact RN license required
- Strong leadership and operational management skills

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain clinical and operational policies and procedures
- Provide clinical coverage as needed to support patient care operations
- Assist with budget development, expenditure monitoring, and financial management
- Support efficient clinic operations while ensuring quality patient care standards
