About The Position

The Clinic Manager at PCP Urgent Care Holdings LLC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. This role involves managing staff, optimizing patient flow, and maintaining high standards of patient care and satisfaction. The Clinic Manager will also be responsible for implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing clinic operations and staff.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning within a healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and patient care.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of best practices in patient care and clinic operations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities
