About The Position
The Clinic Manager - CMG provides direct supervision of daily clinic operations and is responsible for ensuring that the clinic and staff maintain ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards. This individual is responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, physicians and advance practice providers to successfully practice to the full capability of their role. The Clinic Manager- CMG goals will align closely with those of the Director-CMG while being the present and accountable leader to transform the vision and goals into action. This position requires competency in change management and performance improvement, while possessing basic knowledge for business, revenue cycle, and healthcare operations. This position represents our larger/more complex clinics and services and requires the business acumen required to create business process improvement and program development for the clinic areas it oversees. The clinic manager (II) is determined based on scope and span of control versus clinic manager .
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum five (5) years experience in a professional or technical role/function
- Minimum three (3) years experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
- Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
