About The Position

Manages the day-to-day operations of assigned medical clinic locations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and exceptional patient experiences. Collaborates with administrative leadership to optimize practice performance, operational effectiveness, and patient satisfaction. Assists the Director in overseeing medical group clinical and business processes while ensuring adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Supervises clinic operations, revenue cycle activities, billing processes, and business office functions to support financial and operational goals. Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, scheduling, and evaluating business office personnel and supporting the development of clinic management staff. Monitors schedules, assists with onboarding and training of new clinic managers, and fosters effective communication and collaboration among team members. Prepares operational reports, analyzes key performance metrics, and presents findings to leadership. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization to enhance productivity, service quality, and patient satisfaction. Supports budget planning, expense management initiatives, and organizational growth objectives. Ensures compliance with federal, state, payer, and organizational regulations, including HIPAA requirements. Maintains accurate documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to billing, coding, registration, and reimbursement guidelines. Assists with proper invoice processing and coding procedures. Addresses and resolves escalated patient concerns related to billing, insurance coverage, registration issues, and service delivery. Monitors adherence to established policies and procedures while promoting a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
