About The Position

We’re launching a brand-new Anytime Dental Clinic in Mississauga, ON, and we’re looking for a driven, experienced Clinic Manager who’s ready to take ownership, lead a team, and help shape the success and culture of a new practice from day one. As Clinic Manager, you’ll play a key role in launching and growing one of our newest Anytime Dental Clinics. This is a unique opportunity for a strong operational leader who wants to make a meaningful impact, help build clinic culture from the beginning, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding organization. As part of our leadership onboarding philosophy, training may include time spent at one of our established sister clinics to gain hands-on exposure to our operations, workflows, systems, and patient experience model before transitioning fully into your clinic leadership role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of dental clinic management experience
  • Strong leadership experience with coaching, mentoring, and team development
  • Solid understanding of dental billing, insurance systems, and clinic operations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and comfort working with clinic performance metrics
  • Experience leading in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a growth mindset
  • Flexibility to support a 7-day, extended-hours operation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational and cultural leader of the clinic, responsible for driving both team success and clinic performance.
  • Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing clinic team.
  • Lead day-to-day clinic operations with a strong focus on accountability and culture.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll support, staffing coordination, and administrative functions.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and patient-focused team environment.
  • Support performance management, coaching, and ongoing team development.
  • Oversee billing, insurance processing, collections, and financial accuracy.
  • Monitor clinic KPIs, productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Create and manage clinic budgets and operational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient retention, and overall clinic growth.
  • Support treatment acceptance and exceptional patient communication experiences.
  • Lead by example in delivering an outstanding patient experience.
  • Ensure operational consistency and high service standards across all patient interactions.
  • Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Leadership to support clinic growth strategies.
  • Help establish the clinic as a trusted provider within the local community.
