About The Position

Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a Clinic Manager for their Gastroenterology department. This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day staffing and business needs of the clinic(s), supporting strategic business plans, and overseeing daily operations to ensure patient satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency. The manager will foster physician satisfaction, employee engagement, and service excellence, while ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Key duties include leadership in staff hiring, development, retention, and performance management, as well as managing budgets, financial reporting, and productivity metrics. Collaboration with other leaders to optimize care integration and enhance patient experience, and standardization of operational practices with other clinic managers are also expected. The position requires monitoring market trends and recommending strategies for growth and improvement. This is an FLSA exempt position.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Business and/or Healthcare related field or 2 years equivalent, relevant work experience and training
  • BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Current and valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Two years management/supervisory experience
  • Two years of medical office or healthcare experience
  • Ability to supervise and lead staff effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to deliver customer service excellence
  • Maintain attention to detail and stay organized
  • Knowledge of clinic operations and workflow
  • Experience with EMR and business technology equipment and systems
  • Ability to understand and work within a set budget using financial experience to increase revenue and drive down expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the day-to-day staffing and business needs of the clinic(s).
  • Supports development and execution of strategic business plans, including recruitment, marketing, outreach, research, and financial initiatives.
  • Oversees daily clinic operations to ensure patient satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Fosters physician satisfaction, employee engagement, and service excellence through continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Provides leadership in staff hiring, development, retention, and performance management.
  • Manages budgets, financial reporting, and productivity metrics; recommends and implements process improvements.
  • Collaborates with clinic and service line leaders to optimize integration of care and enhance patient experience.
  • Standardizes operational practices with other clinic managers to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Monitors market trends and service needs; recommends strategies for growth and improvement.
