About The Position

Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a Clinic Manager for its Gastroenterology department, located in Kingman, Arizona. This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day staffing and business needs of the clinic(s), supporting strategic business plan development and execution, and overseeing daily operations to ensure patient satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency. The Clinic Manager will foster physician satisfaction, employee engagement, and service excellence, while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and standards. This position involves leadership in staff hiring, development, retention, and performance management, as well as managing budgets, financial reporting, and productivity metrics. Collaboration with other clinic and service line leaders is essential for optimizing care integration and enhancing the patient experience. The role also includes standardizing operational practices with other clinic managers to improve efficiency and consistency, and monitoring market trends to recommend growth and improvement strategies. This is a FLSA exempt position.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Business and/or Healthcare related field or 2 years equivalent, relevant work experience and training
  • BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Current and valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Two years management/supervisory experience
  • Two years of medical office or healthcare experience
  • Ability to supervise and lead staff effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to deliver customer service excellence
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and stay organized
  • Knowledge of clinic operations and workflow
  • Experience with EMR and business technology equipment and systems
  • Ability to understand and work within a set budget using financial experience to increase revenue and drive down expenses
  • May require travel to other local area offices.
  • Capable of consistently reaching and/or working above and below shoulder level, walking or on feet 50% of time per day with frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, standing and sitting 50% of the time.
  • Expected duties have possible, but not routine, potential for exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues and possible exposure to chemical, biological and radioactive substances, possible exposure to hostile individuals.

  • Manages budgets, financial reporting, and productivity metrics; recommends and implements process improvements.
  • Collaborates with clinic and service line leaders to optimize integration of care and enhance patient experience.
  • Standardizes operational practices with other clinic managers to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Monitors market trends and service needs; recommends strategies for growth and improvement.
