About The Position

Rural Psychiatry Associates is seeking a Clinic LPN to join their growing team. This role is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on mental health care. At Rural Psychiatry Associates, the mission is to provide high-quality mental health care to communities that may not otherwise have access to these essential services. Through both in-person and telemedicine care, they serve patients of all ages across North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Utah, and Alaska in hospitals, clinics, schools, and senior living facilities. As a Clinic LPN, the individual will play a key role in supporting psychiatric providers, ensuring seamless patient care, and contributing to a positive healthcare experience for patients. The role is based in their Grand Forks, ND office and is full-time, Monday - Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. The Clinic LPN will work closely with psychiatrists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff to provide top-tier mental health services.

Requirements

Must be able to obtain licensure in all states where RPA provides services.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced mental health setting.
Passion for providing care to patients in rural and underserved areas.

Responsibilities

Implement nursing care based on patient needs under the direction of psychiatrists and mid-level providers.
Update and maintain accurate patient medication records.
Serve as a key point of contact for patients, guardians, insurance companies, providers, and pharmacies.
Assist with documentation, patient assessments, and general nursing duties.
Ensure all records and communications adhere to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
Follow the chain of command for addressing concerns or conflicts.
