About The Position

The Clinic Lead supports daily front- and back-office operations to ensure efficient patient flow and an exceptional patient experience. Reporting to the Clinic Supervisor, this role serves as a key resource for team members, reinforcing workflows, customer service standards, and operational efficiency while supporting compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service
  • Knowledge of scheduling, registration, and insurance verification processes
  • Ability to guide and support team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate front and back office activities, including scheduling, registration, and patient flow
  • Monitor clinic operations and communicate delays or barriers to leadership
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational questions and provide informal team guidance
  • Reinforce customer service expectations and support service recovery efforts
  • Assist with insurance verification and registration accuracy
  • Help maintain audit readiness and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Identify trends in patient feedback and escalate concerns as appropriate
