Requirements
- Associate's Degree of Nursing required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience as a registered nurse required.
- Current South Carolina licensure as a registered nurse or compact state required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
- ACLS if required by clinic.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree preferred.
- Previous Ambulatory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead with purpose — support clinical staff, foster teamwork, and help shape a positive, high‑performing clinic culture
- Deliver exceptional patient care using evidence‑based nursing practice to the following specialties but no limited to Orthopedics, Rheumatology, Neurosurgery and Procedural Care
- Coordinate care to ensure safe, seamless, patient‑centered experiences.
- Collaborate closely with nursing leadership to meet departmental goals
- Support daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with standards, policies, and regulations
- Provide clinical staffing support up to 25% of the time
