About The Position
Lifemark Physiotherapy West Kelowna is seeking an experienced, passionate, and collaborative Clinic Director to lead their multidisciplinary team. The role involves driving impactful engagement, cultivating strategic growth, and fostering a culture of clinical excellence. The clinic is a brand-new, fully accessible facility with over 25 years of community care, blending industry-leading technology, expertise, and holistic, compassionate care. Requirements
- Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 1–3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and KPIS.
- Excellent interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills.
- Passion for innovation, people development, and client-focused care.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of advanced orthopedic or manual therapy training is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, client-centred clinical assessments and treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress, ensure quality assurance, and support positive clinical outcomes.
- Lead and manage clinic operations, including performance metrics, financials, and workflow optimization.
- Inspire and mentor clinical staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Coordinate clinic scheduling, manage conflicts, and promote operational efficiency.
- Engage in community outreach and business development to drive clinic growth.
- Act as the clinic’s primary liaison with regional leadership and key stakeholders.
