About The Position

Evolve Med Spa is seeking a motivated Clinic Director to lead our team of healthcare professionals and support staff at our Denville Med Spa. In this role, you will ensure the clinic runs smoothly by providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing inventory. To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and meeting business goals. Good communication and people skills are also important, as you will work closely with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Passion: Care about success, inspire others, and show determination to learn and improve. ABOUT THE ROLE: 1. Responsible for ensuring the success of the sales at the clinic. Be focused on sales and well-trained to support the clinical team. Ensure providers demonstrate strong sales, administrative, and organizational skills. Ensure providers follow all sales policies, ethical sales procedures, and defined agreement documentation. Make sure the clinic’s monthly budgets and numbers meet or exceed the national average. Regularly conduct role-playing and training to maintain a high standard in the consultation process. 2. Responsible for the overall organization and operation of the administrative area. Make sure all administrative tasks are completed properly and data is entered into the computer. Ensures the cash drawer is kept at proper balance daily and is secured in the safe each night upon closing Ensures petty cash balances are secured in the center’s locked safe Check the accuracy of daily cash sheets by completing paperwork and following correct closing procedures. Make daily bank deposits and keep them locked in the safe until taken to the bank. Ensures scheduler complies with standards for scheduling Make sure refunds, cancellations, and removals are properly documented and processed within 24 hours. Ensure all client files, including credit card and health information, are kept in a secure, locked location. 3. Responsible for the overall budget and the financial success of the center. Accountable for achieving net income before bonus as budgeted Accountable for gross sales revenue, service revenue, retail revenue, net i,ncome and gross operating profit as per the annual budget plan Make sure the client base grows at or above the center’s budget forecast. Retail revenue per client should also meet or exceed the clinic’s target. Keeps Payroll at or below the budgeted level Ensures G&A costs are kept at or below the budgeted level 4. Responsible for maintaining adherence to all clinical policies, procedures, and standards as directed in the Clinical Training Manual. This includes ensuring the following: Schedule clients to maximize the center’s productivity. Providers work on schedule Clients sign all proper intake and release forms Providers follow standards for servicing clients Treatment Rooms adhere to local health and Company standards Make sure the prescribed treatment plan and program are being followed. 5. Responsible for the overall operation of the clinic, the satisfaction of its clients and the well-being of its employees. Maintains employee turnover percentage at or below the company standard Be proactive in recruiting and hiring quality candidates. Fill positions promptly to keep the clinic running smoothly. Adheres to the guidelines outlined in the Operations, Policies, and Procedures Manual regarding the procedure for hiring or terminating employees Ensures all personnel files are complete, current,t and filed in a secure, locked location Ensures all employees are adhering to all policies and procedures as detailed in the Employees Handbook, Policies and Procedures Manual,nual and Operations Manual Handle personnel issues with tact, firmness, and diplomacy, and make sure all disciplinary actions are fair and consistent. Provides consistent feedback on employee performance and offers guidance and direction for continued development through the Personnel Development Program Keep the work environment pleasant, safe, and productive, and help maintain high morale in the center. Presents and maintains a polished, professional business image at all times and ensures the same for the entire staff Audit payroll every two weeks and submit it to Payroll by the close of business on Saturday. Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of ethe ntire clinic while adhering to Evolve Med Spa standards Ensure all clinic and staff licenses are current. Ensures the clinic is secure at the end of each day Handle client issues quickly and fairly, always providing excellent customer service. Maintains proper inventory of clinical and retail products Ensures basic inventory levels are met, and requisition forms are in use Show good judgment and make decisions that benefit clients, employees, and the company. Uploads proper reporting daily, weekly, and monthly 6. Performs other reasonable duties as required

Requirements

  • A university degree in business is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to four years of experience in aesthetics, hospitality, or other service-related industries.
  • One to two years of sales duties
  • One to two years of supervisory experience
  • Exceptional customer service and rapport building
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Time management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Concentration required when reviewing financial statements and sales reports
  • Lifting to 20 pounds
