About The Position

The Clinic Director of ABA provides senior clinical leadership for all ABA therapy services at Mirabelle Care. This role sets clinical standards, ensures quality and compliance, oversees ABA supervision, and represents the ABA service line in organizational leadership.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of ABA therapy.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and technology used in ABA therapy.
  • Dedication to professional development and staying current with advancements in the field.
  • Clearance of all required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screens.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts(BCBAs), RBTs, and other therapy staff.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA for clients across the lifespan.
  • Conduct assessments, data analysis, and ongoing progress monitoring to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff to enhance their clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, industry regulations, and relevant guidelines in the field of ABA therapy.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff.
  • Contribute to the clinic's growth and business development initiatives through networking, partnerships, and community engagement.
