About The Position

Access Physical Therapy, a proud member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a passionate Clinic Director Physical Therapist to lead a thriving outpatient orthopedic practice in Raleigh, NC. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Physical Therapist who is ready to expand their impact beyond patient care and into clinic leadership, team development, business growth, and mentorship. Our clinic partners closely with orthopedic, sports medicine, and primary care providers, creating a dynamic environment for professional growth and community impact.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leadership, mentoring, clinical instructor, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Passion for team development, patient care excellence, and clinic growth
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care while maintaining a reduced leadership caseload
  • Lead daily clinic operations, ensuring excellence in patient experience and outcomes
  • Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians and support staff
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and team performance
  • Manage clinic financial performance, staffing, scheduling, and operational goals
  • Foster physician, employer, and community relationships to support clinic growth
  • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence
