Responsibilities
- Hire and manage all non-provider staff such as Front Desk, Nurses, Medical Assistants and Office Managers.
- Oversee the operational workflows of the clinic to include accountability for clinical quality metrics, patient satisfaction and operational metrics that support the budget.
- Promote our culture and clinical services that are best suited for the populations we serve to provide care to our patients in an integrated team model.
- Build relationships across teams to support your team’s professional development.
- Analyze the quality and metrics of operations for stability and improvements.
