Do you have experience coming into a working operation and manage the staffing effectively, utilizing your existing team and hiring appropriate staff? Are you experienced in balancing your work for a clinic and supporting community programs? Are you bilingual in English and Spanish?

Responsibilities

  • Hire and manage all non-provider staff such as Front Desk, Nurses, Medical Assistants and Office Managers.
  • Oversee the operational workflows of the clinic to include accountability for clinical quality metrics, patient satisfaction and operational metrics that support the budget.
  • Promote our culture and clinical services that are best suited for the populations we serve to provide care to our patients in an integrated team model.
  • Build relationships across teams to support your team’s professional development.
  • Analyze the quality and metrics of operations for stability and improvements.
