About The Position

The Clinic Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing site specific Clinic operations at ExperCARE Health. This position is designed for a dynamic leader who will ensure exceptional patient care, foster a supportive team environment, and maintain strong relationships with the community. The Clinic Director will integrate people, processes, and technology to enhance clinic efficiency, uphold financial performance, and promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of relevant higher-level education and experience in a healthcare setting.
Proven experience in management, operations, and leadership within a healthcare setting, preferably urgent care or outpatient services.
Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, P&L, and cash flow analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in healthcare technology systems and electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

Provide inspirational leadership to a clinically competent and engaged team, acting as a role model and mentor.
Oversee the hiring, training, evaluation, coaching, and development of clinical and front desk staff to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
Direct patient care initiatives and ensure every patient receives a top-quality, compassionate experience.
Actively engage with team members to enhance patient satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Manage all clinic operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and other regulatory standards.
Coordinate scheduling to maintain adequate provider and ensure appropriate staffing ratios.
Maintain oversight of medical supply inventory, ensuring budget adherence and efficient use of resources.
Monitor financial performance, including collections and revenue cycle management, to ensure the clinic's sustainability and profitability.
Analyze financial reports to inform decision-making.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical operations and patient flow.
Monitor clinical checklists, logs, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance the clinic's visibility and reputation.
Represent ExperCare Health at community events and health initiatives, promoting the clinic’s services.
