Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Growth mindset.
- Strong work ethic and determination.
- Passion for mentoring and developing teammates.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care.
- Grow and develop a team of clinical and non-clinical teammates.
- Establish community presence and referral relationships.
