About The Position
Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, in Denver, CO is seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This role involves leading a team of physical therapists, focusing on high-quality patient care, and fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment. The clinic is known for being well above the national average for effectiveness of care, with a mission to treat patients promptly with integrity, honesty, and compassion. Requirements
- Experienced, licensed Physical Therapist.
- Degree from an accredited PT program.
- Drive to pursue professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Physical Therapists.
- Serve patients through high quality care and exceeding expectations.
- Connect with patients and team members on a personal and professional level.
- Create an environment of learning for team members.
- Support a community of Physical Therapists, Mentors, and Regional Leadership.
