Requirements

RN (Associate’s Degree) or Paramedic with 2+ years of IV therapy and leadership experience.
Tech-Savvy and Organized: Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong Communicator and Mentor: Comfortable training staff, building teams, and leading by example.
Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: Able to multi-task and keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Administer IV Therapy: Start IVs, monitor treatments, and ensure safe, effective care.
