About The Position

This is a part-time Clinic Director position at Gameday Men's Health Pleasanton, a locally owned men's health practice specializing in testosterone replacement therapy, clinical weight loss, ED and sexual health, peptides, and injectable vitamins. The clinic is part of a larger network of men's health experts. The role involves running the clinical floor, evaluating and treating patients, conducting consultations, interpreting labs, building treatment plans, administering various therapies and procedures, overseeing lab operations, and educating patients. The position also includes participating in community outreach and maintaining compliance with regulations. The clinic emphasizes a supportive team environment and patients who are motivated and grateful for the services provided.

Requirements

Licensed NP or PA with an active Indiana license in good standing.
No pending malpractice actions.
Someone who wants to lead, not just clock in.

Nice To Haves

Background in urology, endocrinology, men's health, or primary care preferred.
Relevant training provided.

Responsibilities

Own the clinical floor and set the standard.
Evaluate and treat patients for low testosterone, ED, and weight management.
Conduct new patient consultations and follow-ups.
Interpret labs and build individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe and administer TRT, GLP-1s, peptides, IV therapy, and sexual health medications under physician supervision.
Perform hormone pellet insertion procedures and PRP injections, including the P-Shot.
Oversee in-house lab operations in a state-certified facility, including rapid point-of-care testing.
Administer IM injections.
Oversee a small, motivated MA team.
Educate patients clearly.
Participate in community outreach and local events.
Maintain compliance with all applicable state, federal, and clinical requirements.
