About The Position
TVG-Medulla, LLC is hiring a Clinic Director for CORE Healthcare Centers. The organization provides managed services to chiropractic providers and operates multiple chiropractic brands. The role supports the mission of inspiring and empowering people in the community to heal, live, and function better. The Clinic Director works in a full-patient-care model, with clinical autonomy to shape care plans and patient experience. The organization provides operational support across legal, marketing, HR, IT, revenue cycle, and clinical operations. The position includes a guaranteed bi-weekly base salary and performance-based bonus compensation tied to clinic outcomes and growth, not per adjustment. Flexible cluster-booked schedules are intended to help prevent burnout and maximize results. The role offers a path to regional leadership and access to sponsored continuing education, leadership training, and business development.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited university or college of chiropractic.
- Chiropractic license in Indiana or intent to obtain one.
- Ability to encourage accountability among team members and patients.
- Commitment to promoting a balanced, healthy lifestyle centered on chiropractic.
- Performance-driven approach and enthusiasm for goals and metrics.
- Strong ability to create, plan, and achieve goals.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations, including employee write-ups and upset patients.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities

- Support compliance with company policies and Standards of Excellence, including privacy, confidentiality, asset protection, ethical conduct, reporting non-compliance, and applicable laws and requirements.
- Perform other related duties and assist with project completion as needed.
- Provide necessary information to complete a DMV or equivalent agency background check, if required.
