About The Position

IV Nutrition is seeking a skilled and compassionate Naturopathic Doctor to serve as Clinic Director for their team in the Scottsdale/PV area. This role is crucial in delivering cutting-edge IV therapies, HRT, and peptide therapy to help clients achieve their health goals. The position involves conducting consultations, preparing and administering IV infusions, monitoring patients, maintaining a sterile environment, collaborating with the medical team, providing clinical oversight, and staying updated on advancements in the field.

Requirements

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD) with a valid, active Arizona license in good standing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with IV therapy administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and lead a team in a busy environment.
Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a commitment to accuracy and safety.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals.

Nice To Haves

Experience with HRT and peptide therapy protocols strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct consultations with clients to understand their individual needs and recommend personalized IV therapy plans.
Provide HRT (hormone replacement therapy) consultations, including assessment, protocol recommendations, and ongoing management.
Provide peptide therapy consultations, guiding clients on appropriate protocols to support their wellness goals.
Prepare and administer a variety of IV infusions safely and efficiently, following strict protocols.
Monitor patients during IV infusion and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to strict safety standards.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service.
Provide clinical oversight and guidance to clinic staff, supporting a culture of compliance and excellence.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in IV therapy, HRT, and peptide therapy, and participate in ongoing training.
