The Hearing and Speech Clinic within the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences (HESP) in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences at the University of Maryland provides comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services for individuals with speech, language, and hearing disorders. The clinic serves as both a community service provider and an academic training facility, supporting the department’s mission to deliver state-of-the-art teaching, research, and clinical services in audiology and speech-language pathology. Reporting to the Director of Administrative Services, the Clinic Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination and administration of clinic operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery for patients/clients and clinical faculty and staff. This role serves as a key liaison between patients, clients, clinicians, and administrative personnel, supporting the clinic’s mission through administrative oversight, process improvement, and client service.
