Responsibilities include: In-Person Enrollment: Guide patients through the Athena portal registration process on their mobile devices. Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve common identity verification issues and assist with password creation/security setup. Education: Clearly communicate the benefits of the portal (lab results, messaging, bill pay) to patients of all technical skill levels. Clinic Rotation: Follow a weekly schedule to provide coverage at different sites. Data Integrity: Update patient contact information in the Athena system as needed. Compliance: Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
