The role also involves monitoring daily schedules, collecting copayments, and acting as a resource for patients. Additionally, the Senior Clinic Assistant assists with operational and quality improvement initiatives, provides cross-coverage for Clinical Business Operations Representatives, and supports leadership with special projects.
