About The Position

At Western Montana Clinic, we are continuing our 100-year tradition of providing excellent health care to the community. We are a group of local, independent providers practicing in multiple specialties. Our mission remains the same - to provide our patients with the same high quality health care that we expect for our families. We are seeking a full-time Clinic Assistant/Medical Receptionist to join our team at Now Care Southgate Mall location. Variable schedule with shift differential pay after 6pm and for weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the medical field preferred
• Must acquire BLS/CPR training within 6 months of hire
• Able to complete proficiency and clinical skills competency
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
• The successful candidate will be subject to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients
• Complete the registration process
• Perform medical appointment scheduling
• Quote and collect payments
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to facilitate patient care
• Room patients as directed by the primary MA or LPN
• Take vital signs and update clinical records
• Complete room turnover and cleaning
• Stock supplies and manage inventory
• Maintain record logs for quality control
• Heighten the patient experience by providing extraordinary care
