As a CA, you need to know how to: Effectively manage staff scheduling Participate in interviewing and new hire training processes Continually train and communicate with existing staff Effectively manage employee performance to include motivation, corrective action, and formal evaluation processing Order inventory and supplies Track key work processes Implement new and monitor existing workflows/process improvement Respond to customer concerns and resolve conflicts Work as a team with a large group of peers and senior management Other duties as assigned Your experience. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require: High school diploma or equivalent A college degree or equivalent education and experience is required Two years of operations management experience in a medical, restaurant, or retail setting is preferred Experience in health administration, business management, or equivalent management experience and knowledge of business operations is required Exceptional customer service, leadership, and communication skills Recommended vaccines to include annual Influenza, Hep B, TDaP, MMR, Varicella, and TB Your next move.
