Requirements

  • RN licensure, a bachelor's degree in health administration, or Certification as a Medical Practice Executive (CMPE).
  • A minimum of five years of experience in an outpatient office setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel on a flexible schedule.
  • Proof of liability and property damage insurance for the vehicle used.

Responsibilities

  • Defining the clinic's mission and goals while ensuring adherence to budgetary and performance standards, effectively communicating these objectives to the staff.
  • Implementing skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising to optimize clinic operations, drawing on knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with physicians, staff, patients, and external agencies.
  • Gathering and analyzing data in a physician office setting, promoting informed decision-making.
  • Taking initiative and exercising independent judgment to navigate challenges and provide effective solutions, ultimately enhancing the quality of care for our community.
