About The Position

Join our team as a Clinic-Based ABA Therapist, working 1:1 with children with autism in a supportive, team-centered environment. No technical experience required! We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and full support through the RBT certification process. We use the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach meaningful skills in a fun, safe, and creative way — empowering individuals ages 2 through adulthood to reach their full potential. Motivated Learners provides comprehensive ABA therapy, insightful parent coaching, and impactful school consultation services. Our approach emphasizes collaboration and community. We work closely with parents, teachers, and others in each individual’s life to design and implement personalized, evidence-based interventions. By integrating these perspectives, we help every learner grow in confidence, independence, and joy. With extensive expertise in ABA, our skilled professionals deliver high-quality, research-based therapy. Requirements
