About The Position

The Tree Care Groundsman supports tree-care crews by hauling and chipping brush, using tools and equipment safely, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and helping other crew members complete client work. The role includes learning new tasks, with training and career development opportunities available. No experience is required. This is a full-time position in Irvine, California, with open availability for the day shift and travel of up to 25%. Employees may be scheduled on any of the seven days of the week and must be able to pass a drug screen.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to follow specific instructions and safety protocols.
Ability to pass a drug screen.
Ability to perform active physical work, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day.
Frequently lift and/or move items over 60 pounds.
Work outdoors for extended periods in potentially extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind.

Nice To Haves

General labor experience with power tools, hand tools, and other equipment.
